Audit snapshots show the history of changes in an audit. A snapshot is automatically created when a draft audit version with changes is published. The snapshot will record a history of all the changes that were just made.
If there are snapshots for a particular audit, the link to view them will appear under the audit title. Click to view active and archived snapshots, and then click each snapshot to view more details.
From the audit snapshot, you can archive (remove the snapshot from view/editing) or create a new audit based on that snapshot. Because audits can be updated frequently, it's recommended that you archive any snapshots that you know you will not need to reference in the future for ease of organization. If you don't see an option to archive a snapshot, you are missing the required permission to do so - contact your institution's Stellic administrator for assistance.
