Audit and program visibility works in the following ways in the Stellic platform:
1. Admin users are able to view all programs in Stellic, regardless of whether there is an audit attached to it. Programs appear in Stellic when they are sent to the platform via the data feed. Being able to view all programs, regardless of whether an audit is built, helps admin users to know whether the program exists in the platform at all - if a program exists but doesn't have an audit built, it means that it's still pending someone taking action on building the requirements.
2. Students are only able to view programs in Stellic that have an audit attached to it. Stellic can configure whether students can see all audits on a program, or whether they can only see programs that match their criteria. For instance, if students are matched to audits based on their entry year, configuring Stellic to only show programs that match the student's criteria would mean that the student will only see the programs with audits that match their entry year.
