Stellic offers the ability to examine several types of "what-if?" scenarios. Here, we will look at the capability of seeing what happens if you drop a registered course from your Stellic planner.
To "drop" a registered course, visit the "Plan Your Path" tab. Hover over the course in your plan, and click on the "x" that appears in the upper right corner of the course. A warning message will appear at the top of the screen reminding you that this will not drop the course in your official school system.
The "Track Progress" tab shows two different scenarios. There are two versions of your progress view - the official, which shows everything that you have taken or registered for, and the planned, which also incorporates future planned courses from your planner. You can click on either to toggle between them.
Under the Official view, the course will still appear in the requirements since it is still registered in your school's system.
In the Planned view, the course no longer appears in the requirement, but instead appears in unmatched. In this scenario, we see that there is another course that will count for this requirement if this course was to be dropped.
We recommend connecting with your advisor prior to making any decisions around changing your schedule!
